Another busy month at Little Sunshine Yoga

Happy Summer Holidays!

What a fantastic term we have had in schools! We have had the pleasure of teaching mindfulness in Liverpool, Knowsley and Ellesmere Port delivering our mindfulness and self-esteem programmes. We have practiced our yoga and breathing techniques in a Kirkby school as part of their well- being programme and had a successful twilight session with teaching staff. We enjoyed delivering mindfulness and Yoga to parents


Mindfulness is a way of developing our emotional intelligence, enabling us to deal with our emotions in a non-reactive and non-judgemental way. Mindfulness refers to a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
