Here at ‘Little Sunshine Mindfulness and Yoga’ provide small group yoga sessions for adults in North Liverpool, Merseyside. We provide different levels of yoga sessions for adults from beginners to experienced yogis in a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming environment. Our aim is for you to relax your body and still your mind.
Mindfulness is a way of developing our emotional intelligence, enabling us to deal with our emotions in a non-reactive and non-judgemental way. Mindfulness refers to a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
