We provide CPD accredited training for teachers & other educational practitioners, including creative yoga, the holistic curriculum, themed peer massage, mindfulness/self-regulation, & positive relationships
THE HOLISTIC CURRICULUM
Our two day ‘Holistic Curriculum’ training & resources, focuses on 6 areas of the curriculum. Using a range of teaching philosophies, we self-reflect on making small changes to create a more inclusive, holistic learning environment. Each area has a range of resources & planning strategies to develop a calming, creative, space for children to thrive, & reach their full potential.
We study neurodiversity & how each brain function has their own positive characteristics, with resources that implement an inclusive space, where all children are valued & celebrated for their individuality.

Making a difference
After years of providing self-esteem programmes, & mindfulness in schools, I now want to share my passion, knowledge & resources with others. This will allow teachers to gain a clear knowledge on emotional well-being & many high quality, effective resources that will help children in their care. We want to reduce the risk of children’s mental health issues, & reflect on creating a more inclusive, creative learning environment, where all learners are valued, supported & celebrated. We aim to make positive changes for our future generation.
