What to expect

Little Sunshine creative yoga training is a 4 day training course. We provide high quality, professional and expert training, creating confidant, outstanding children’s yoga teachers. We have over 30 years teaching experience and 15 years delivering children’s yoga to schools across the North West and to other places across the UK.

We provide mats, water, booklets, paper, pens and resources.

We expect students to attend, wearing comfortable clothing.

Our training is held in a bell tent, in a beautiful area of Liverpool, close to train stations, shops and outstanding restaurants. We provide easy to follow travel instructions including video footage to ensure you arrive safely. We have stay over recommendations if you are travelling out of Liverpool.

The last day requires planning and observation to ensure you are ready to share a session. We support and guide you step by step to ensure you complete the course. Students must complete 80% of the course to complete however, we strongly recommend you don’t miss out so you have covered all learning outcomes. If you have any concerns please let us know so we accommodate your individual needs. You do not need previous experience of yoga.

All our policies and procedures are given in your booklet at the beginning of the course.

Students will sign a contract which will be sent before the course begins.

Students are to use the ‘Little Sunshine’ training logo when promoting their own children’s yoga business.
