Peer massage stimulates the sense of touch. It allows you to relax, reducing stress and anxiety. Massage allows you to focus your monkey mind onto the senses which quietens the mind. It improves sleep, relationships, cognitive development, concentration and focus. When the mind is calm cognitive development is improved.
You can sit in a circle or make a line during these activities.
Please ensure you ask your peers if they want to be massaged before the session.
