CHILDREN’S MINDFULNESS & SELF-REGULATION TEACHER TRAINING
This 6 day accredited children’s mindfulness/self-regulation teacher training course is a journey of self-development, with students gaining a clear understanding of mindfulness/self-regulation and the importance of providing life-long tools to help children’s emotional development.
During the course we focus on:

- How children learn/develop
- Creativity
- Policies/procedures
- Emotions/creative/mindfulness/self-regulation activities
- Effective teaching skills
- Planning and effective teaching strategies
The aim of the course is to generate confident, professional children’s mindfulness teachers, to plan and deliver sessions to support children’s emotional development. Providing life-long tools to help children reduce anxiety, build self-confidence, positive relationships, and self-regulation.
This course can be delivered to international schools through zoom.
MINDFULNESS IN EARLY YEARS WORKSHOP
The ‘Mindfulness in ‘Early Years’ workshop provides Early Years practitioners with a clear understanding of mindfulness and how it can be integrated into the Early Years Foundation Stage. Using a range of fun and engaging sensory activities, that help stimulate the senses and calm the nervous system, practitioners will go away with some useful resources to develop a creative approach to ‘Early Years’ education.
During the workshop we focus on:

- Mindfulness strategies to use in the setting
