Meditation Videos
We provide a range of meditations carefully created using sound and visuals to help relax the body and mind, reduce stress, improve cognitive development, concentration, focus, determination, positive relationships, resilience and confidence.
Massages
Peer massage stimulates the sense of touch. It allows children to relax, reducing stress and anxiety. Massage allows children to focus their monkey mind onto the senses which quietens the mind. It improves sleep, relationships, cognitive development, concentration and focus. When the mind is calm cognitive development is improved.
