In this section we provide a range of fun and engaging, sensory mindfulness activities.
Creative Mindfulness
We provide a range of interactive activities, allowing children to express their creativity.
Self-Esteem
We provide a range of self-esteem activities to develop childrens’ confidence, positive relationships and resilience.
Emotions
We provide a range of strategies to help children to deal with their emotions, and how to change a negative mindset into a positive.
